Couldnt believe it when we came across it - pretty good location. We have been told by moremac that they are behind a few weeks with titling land ( just weather etc ) so hopefully they can pull something off but i would rather it all be done right than rushed. Have you decided on a builder at all yet? Have you decided on a builder at all yet? have also purchased land in stage one! It will be my first home perfect location as It's the last bit of land in south Morang than can be sub divided. Standard delays with construction but if anyone has been past recently, it's starting to really take shape now Re: Anyone building in Plenty Gorge Views estate, South Mor 9May 04, 2017 10:54 pm Juzzteq lebron Hey deepdive, my wife and I bought land in stage 1 in the plenty gorge views estate. The progress is good but may be little slow as communicated by developer. It's definitely good place to raise a family. Re: Anyone building in Plenty Gorge Views estate, South Mor 10May 04, 2017 10:56 pm Juzzteq I wonder how stage 2 will be priced and if the lot sizes will be similar to stage 1 It's still not priced or released. Maybe little on the higher side as stage 1 is sold out. Re: Anyone building in Plenty Gorge Views estate, South Mor 16Jul 14, 2017 2:30 pm Hello guys,
we have got an update from developers that they are running behind a month or so. abit crap, but weather is a B i suppose. what lots does everyone have? cant wait to start the build! Re: Anyone building in Plenty Gorge Views estate, South Mor 19Jul 22, 2017 10:02 pm Hi there! I just stumbled across this while googling the estate. We are building in stage one also. If it ever happens, it's taking so long to develop and title. I'm not feeling too positive about it starting before christmas. Considering it was meant to all happen in January and then May. In two weeks time it will be exactly a year since we signed our contract. Has anyone else heard anything yet? Re: Anyone building in Plenty Gorge Views estate, South Mor 20Jul 24, 2017 4:31 pm hello kayleejeanie welcome! It'll happen, its just taking them awhile ha! and you bought a year ago? that is nuts! we bought in december last year.
i havent heard anything since our last update RE under-resourced contractors etc. havent been there to have a look lately either, will have to go have a look soon though....hopefully we can start the build by october!
