Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 10, 2017 6:04 pm Posting here hoping for more traffic... We have been discussing the poor installation of the flashing where the brickwork meets 1st floor roofing with our builder for some time they installed the flashing a few brick courses too high - then they have attached some other flashing to try to remedy the problem We are really not satisfied that this "fix" will last and we will be stuck with leaks, trying to get them fixed under warranty which we do not want to go through and should not have to. We are meeting the SS and his manager onsite monday morning Can anyone provide any thoughts on the pictures below please Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Flashing poorly installed - any thoughts? 2Mar 10, 2017 6:28 pm Yes I think it's ghastly. Why don't you post photo of builder's display home flashing?
