Same thing with our toilet roll holders and towel rails. M are going through Reece but adding builders margin Metro 32 KDRB Bayside Melbourne viewtopic.php?f=31&t=84012 Yes unfortunately M does that. But I also don't know any builder that doesn't. That's where they make their money Totally agree that this is how they make money, but consistency would be great. Some people get their products at cost and others wear the builders margin...and sometimes it's on the same products. Been charged almost double for the same item (before inclusion deduction) definitely feels like we are been played. I originally had the Qasair in my joinery quote but for some reason the consultant told me to go the Sirius SL 906 L EXCEL 850. It was probably because it was a better fit for my rangehood breast. That was $1999. With my Miele appliances Metricon just charged me full retail price. So whatever price was on the Miele store which I was fine with. I know you could get them on sale after handover but I didn't want the headache. So when they charged you RRP was that including their builders margin of 30%? Or was this on top? It was almost 100%.
