In my experience they get it wrong at least 80% of the time. Berek's description is just about spot on though. Workcover is for contractors risk as deemed workers, and for friends helping out (plus your own risk of injury) there is "Voluntary Workers" cover. I'm 99% sure Allrisk is the only company quoting the full suite of cover type options. Workcover in particular is very complex in terms of how it applies to owner-builders.
