Making sure it could go outside. - otherwise known as Kym - Re: Our first build: "Bridgewater" by Gj's Shoalhaven 1058Feb 28, 2017 2:44 pm Hi Shellby, your ensuite colour selection is on point! I love the dark colours. I've noticed that you have quite a bit of slope on your land, which I do too. Did you have to pay extra on top of the included standard site costs for single storey, if so roughly how much? Re: Our first build: "Bridgewater" by Gj's Shoalhaven 1059Feb 28, 2017 3:57 pm Thanks G1nosaur! Yes we ended up with about a 4.6mtr fall over the 36mtr length. We went with screw piers and the builder had already allowed an additional 10lm of piering in our contract so as we could go to site completely fixed price. We decided to put a split into the design to reduce the gradient of the driveway and to improve the flow and usability of the back yard. That was a variation and cost around 2k. That Included the 2.7ceiling heights in the majority of the house (that's on the bottom section). - otherwise known as Kym - Re: Our first build: 1060Feb 28, 2017 4:23 pm needsausername Thanks G1nosaur! This is on top of the mandatory double storey site cost of 28170. I need a H2 slab, piering, beams and traffic control which I thought would already be included in the mandatory 28k site cost.
