Did it cost $$$ I will need to stop shopping I think lol or get a job Hahah lets just say ive moved retirement ago back to 95! It was expensive but about half of the price of others Haha it does look awesome though so I def think worth it Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Post handover journey :) 2732Feb 22, 2017 10:49 pm You're furniture all looks so good ryalls. I love your style I know what you mean about trying to make it homey Took me up until we finished the front entrance way to really feel like a home not a brand new house. Once you make some mess and put some paintings up you'll feel like it's home Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Post handover journey :) 2733Feb 27, 2017 9:13 am So we did abit of tiling in the garage over the weekend.. talk about a crappy job lol As i was grouting where the garage tiles meet the house tiles i noticed the grout in the house looked weird / kinda weak! I gave it a little scratch with the tool i was using and it turned to powder and came out!!! I did it in about 5 or 6 places throughout the whole house and had the same result!!! I said to the SS that the grout never looked right as the colour was inconsistent throughout the house, we just decided to live with it as we were going to colour seal the grout anyway and you wouldn't notice it, but if its weak surely i've got cause to complain... Thoughts? Ill upload some pics when i get home. Oh and Ive checked in the wet rooms, where different tilers were used and its hard as you'd expect _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Post handover journey :) 2734Feb 27, 2017 9:21 am Definantly should not be powdery ryalls get them to sort it out sounds like it was not mixed properly or there are a few other things that can cause it. Check your wet areas as its more critical. But definantly will need to be sorted hope this helps Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Post handover journey :) 2735Feb 27, 2017 9:21 am Geez you can't catch a break can you? I'd add that to your defaults list just in case Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Post handover journey :) 2736Feb 27, 2017 9:23 am Whitey22 Definantly should not be powdery ryalls get them to sort it out sounds like it was not mixed properly or there are a few other things that can cause it.
