This is sad that this is happening to you guys. As I said on your thread Mclaren you guys are the lucky ones that have picked up the errors. Imagine all those houses where people are just oblivious to it all and trust their SS Its definitely a very stressful thing to go through
We've actually requested copies of trade cert's to make sure we've got qualified carpenters doing our job.
It is rather concerning that so much faith and trust is placed within these supervisors especially when a large demographic of Henleys clientele would be clueless to construction methods and acceptable tolerances.
I've been in construction management for over 10 years, made my supervisor aware of this and still had unacceptable results.
Yep I completely agree with you, I think there needs to be some additional rules and guidelines put into place to make these volume builders far more accountable than they currently are.
