Cranbourne 23,
We have made some internal changes and Eden Brae have been very accommodating and not over the top with the costs.
Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 348Feb 01, 2017 2:04 pm AllisWell Thanks Titania 71. Does any one building with "All worth homes"? I just paid the deposit with them. Just want to know if anyone in same boat. Hi Alliswell, I am aswell interested to consider All Worth as their designs seems more appealing. Btw, may I know what design are you going with? Cheers, Cranbourne23 Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 350Feb 02, 2017 12:50 pm Hey All, Just got an email from EBH - they now have access to our site to do the initial surveys. Would assume most of you who have already gone to tender would be in the same boat Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 351Feb 02, 2017 1:19 pm gemcee Hey All, Just got an email from EBH - they now have access to our site to do the initial surveys. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 353Feb 02, 2017 3:07 pm just got an email from the selling agent; 'First Choice Realty' **I have been advised today by the developer that builders can start accessing the site as of Monday 6th of February to do survey work and soil testing. Registration is approx March 17** Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 354Feb 02, 2017 8:45 pm This is great news!!! Is there a contact at Arris Group to contact to arrange access? I assume Joel? Does anyone have his number/ email that U can provide to our builder? Does anyone have his number/ email that U can provide to our builder? I assume the developer would've reached out to the respective builders or something like that. Surely there would be minimal (if any) involvement for us to pass on the message. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 356Feb 02, 2017 9:40 pm Perhaps- just trying to speed up the process as our builder hasn't been informed as yet. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 357Feb 02, 2017 9:48 pm Hello everyone , We also have bought lot 16 at Piccadilly estate .. nice to hear that land is going to register by march . A survey must’ve completed by a certified surveyor. This form part of every DA requirement 3 180299 Wish you all the best. Once you signed the contract, they will find millions excuses to charge you. And have seen their sites unfinished for a long time. 4 17309 |
