Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 345Jan 31, 2017 6:56 pm Titania71 Hi, I was speaking with Joel Wood from Arris this morning and he is hoping to get the go ahead for builders to access the land in two weeks. Joel also said that they are still on track for end of March registration and the work on the water detention is council land so the fact that it is not complete yet it does not affect the process of registration, he also mentioned that the registration through the lands tittle office is all electronic as from mid last year and is being done faster. Fingers crossed???? Oh thats really good to know - thanks...Access to builders will assist in estimating the cost correctly or in case of fixed site cost processing it can proceed without any delay. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 346Jan 31, 2017 7:01 pm cranbourne23 Does any one has got a tender from a builder. I am a bit curious to know what are the construction site costs looking as. Also I would like to know from the 408 sqm lot builders about the options to choose from regarding the house plans. I found most of the plans are either suited for 12m frontage or 15m frontage but not for 14.5m frontage. Cheers, on a 408sq lot, you are looking at 12.7m (14.5m minus 1.8m) frontage for the house edge wall to edge wall. First style has designs stretching 12.2m edge wall to edge wall. Having additional 500mm on one side of the house will show it spacious as well. otherwise you can customise the house to include the 500mm. Rawson has some good designs stretching till 12.9m, so you need to decrease 200mm to fit the lot. btw, these are all single storey houses i am referring too... Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 348Feb 01, 2017 1:04 pm AllisWell Thanks Titania 71. Does any one building with "All worth homes"? I just paid the deposit with them. Just want to know if anyone in same boat. Hi Alliswell, I am aswell interested to consider All Worth as their designs seems more appealing. Btw, may I know what design are you going with? Cheers, Cranbourne23 Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 350Feb 02, 2017 11:50 am Hey All, Just got an email from EBH - they now have access to our site to do the initial surveys. Does anyone have his number/ email that U can provide to our builder? I assume the developer would've reached out to the respective builders or something like that. Surely there would be minimal (if any) involvement for us to pass on the message. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 356Feb 02, 2017 8:40 pm Perhaps- just trying to speed up the process as our builder hasn't been informed as yet.
