Actually i have gone with home and land package. While land contract exchange I was charged $110 for contract preparation by Lendlease. I want to know is this normal fee and was someone also charged ? Hi , yes that was the same price I got charged for the preparation. I just received another letterfrom lendlease regarding the deed of covenant and you will need to pay them $2500 bond that you don't get back until the house (fence grass garden etc is complete) this is very new to me and I'm coming across fees I wasn't aware of. This fee was mentioned in the contract that you might have signed. This is something your solicitor must have told you. Not only 2500 there are 2 more fees that will be required during registration which are - council m water charges... however, I did not get any letter yet from Lendlease about this, my solicitor might have... R u aware of the charges for council n water ?
Hi thanks for the info I was told of the water rates charge (is that's the only charge ) but I was under the impression that all the council fees are including into my building package.
As u have land and house package it might be. It was not the case with me and I need to pay that fee.
We are the same. We bought ours as a house and land package and was told by our conveyancer that the $2500 bond to lendlease is included in our package price. Only fees extra we are up for are the council and water fees.
Good day guys, I got a call from Lendlease this morning regarding an update for my lot in Stage 1B. Earlier they mentiond it end of Feb or March. But today they said it is February but no date given. Anyone else got any call or update?
Hi, We have bought a house and land package from Champion homes so we don't get any updates from lend lease directly. But yesterday I got a call from the solicitor saying that she got a call from the other side (land authorities I believe) and they are expecting the land to be registered in March - April and we should get the finance related approvals ready accordingly. Our land is in Stage 1i. Looks like things have started moving Cheers, Kaur. Re: Anyone building in Jordan Springs East? 30Feb 02, 2017 8:32 am Does anyone know if duplex builds are allowed in Jordan Springs? Melaleuca Estate more specifically? Re: Anyone building in Jordan Springs East? 31Feb 06, 2017 1:29 pm Hi Guys I'm thinking of securing a house and land package with Bell river in Jordan Spring Eastern precinct. Can someone advise the Council and water fees? Is it $900/year for the council and water fee $125/quarter ? Also, does anyone know when would the town centre and bus stops be established?
