Boutique sent us an email advising that the air-conditioning installers will contact us shortly on Wednesday morning by 4pm no one contacted us so I called them and let them know I'll continue using air conditioner and it's not my problem if more damage occurs. The next day (public holiday) the owner of air conditioning installer company attended our house and fixed the leak (pipe never had glue hence the water damage). Tomorrow I need to contact Boutique and arrange for their electrician to attend after 2:30pm as we're not taking any annual leave for their mistakes again then repairs will be scheduled. Hubby and I have both agreed we want the plaster replaced rather than painted over along with the insulation as the plaster has absorbed over a months worth of water. Apparently Boutique are making air-conditioner installer's pay for all damages, so installer was trying to convince us to spray paint it rather than replace. I hope Boutique are doing all the chasing around because that's shocking conversing back and forth with no answer! Re: Boutique Homes 3088Jan 30, 2017 7:59 am Hi guys! Just wondering how you would approach this. Went to our house over the weekend and saw a few things I'm not happy with the bricks and the finish, I want to bring it up with Boutique Homes before the bricks have finished. But I know that we aren't allowed on site without them. So if I can't get onsite how would I know about the quality. What should I do? Thanks. I told ours that we had been on the block but not inside and he was fine with it. Re: Boutique Homes 3090Jan 30, 2017 9:00 am measure darrenedwards_henley Hi guys! Which I cannot see from outside of the fenced off area. Re: Boutique Homes 3091Jan 30, 2017 9:06 am darrenedwards_henley measure darrenedwards_henley Hi guys! Alternatively you can arrange a site inspection tour with your supervisor and just "notice" them while on your walk with them? I hope they will fix it soon. Regarding installation, i thought it's installed by BRIVIS directly. I've heard from other mates as well on wrong refrigerated cooling installations on other builders as well. Sounds like boutique doesn't check if the system is installed properly.. Just to cheer you up, thinking on a positive note, you found it so early. Friends of mine who moved in at early winter were able to identify it only during peak summer.. Thanks Jeeman but we're same boat as your friends. We moved in winter and only realised last week Tuesday night after using the air conditioner for over a month but now having to arrange repairs is a nightmare. The pricing might have changed but the 2 facade I was interested in before (2 yrs ago) was Palamos 10.5k and Escala was 40k. You have to ask your pre sale agent for a more accurate pricing. --------------------------------------------- Building a St. Tropez 25 - Boutique Homes Aurora Estate Wollert - Victoria Re: Boutique Homes 3100Jan 31, 2017 12:36 pm darrenedwards_henley 7th_Cavalry measure

Hi guys!
