We're putting our bar fridge and freezer under our bench. Lol great minds. We're going with the standard shelves for now. We thought it was something we can upgrade later if we want too. Coral Homes - Modified Grange 23 My Thread: viewtopic.php?t=85959 Lol hmm I keep wondering if perhaps we should do same as you as otherwise I may never end up with shelves in my pantry lol will find pics and mess to you or share link I'm a bit hopeless on here Re: First Home- Coral Homes- Modified Grange 23 34Jan 22, 2017 9:05 pm Re: First Home- Coral Homes- Modified Grange 23 35Jan 23, 2017 7:34 pm Re: First Home- Coral Homes- Modified Grange 23 36Jan 29, 2017 1:23 pm BrownDog77 lol I'm the same I mapped out the area in our current house of all the room sizes to make sure all our furniture will fit have a thread "Grange 26 Billy's Lookout " I think??? Not much on it yet just our floor plan as hopefully our land registers around same time as yours will be exciting to watch them both go up though no doubt yours will be much quicker in QLD. We had to make dining bigger to fit our table comfortably and we are doing the option with it hub, WIL, larger ensuite. Thinking we will fit out our own ensuite with IKEA PAX as the ones others have done on here look fantastic. We also enlarged our pantry so might look at fitting that out ourselves too as cheaper than what we were quoted by C. So exciting but scary too. Don't forget to add a drain in yr laundry as not standard and make sure your garage door and water tank don't use the power points supplied as standard(if that makes sense?) ps love your Hollywood wardrobe and alfresco looks awesome Hey Brown Dog, we finally got a quote back for the addition of an extra drain in the laundry. They've quoted $80 which surprised us, thought it would be a lot more, so we've added an extra to the fridge bay in the kitchen too! Won't see it once the fridge is in but with a plumbed fridge I've seen first hand the water damage that can be done if the hose pops off! Coral Homes - Modified Grange 23 My Thread: viewtopic.php?t=85959 Re: First Home- Coral Homes- Modified Grange 23 39Feb 04, 2017 1:48 pm Soil test completed on Wednesday!!!! Still waiting for results but we've ordered the tender letter now so we're in the queue. Also been told Coral have changed their intial deposit from $1750 to $2750. Has been increased so you get plans before contract is signed and not after. They are hoping this leads to less variations required. Our SC said we may be exempt as we paid before new year, but we've opted to pay to get the plans earlier. Landscape quote has come in at $15,500. That's nothing fancy, just meeting covenant and adding a gazebo! Can't wait to finally have a figure for the build and we actually know how much we're in for!!! We are waiting on our contracts due end of next wk hoping it's similar to our tender great about plans We spent close to 2 years in a process with TA.
