Must be close now.. We went past today and saw these drains on the back of our land. We knew we had an easement on the back of it but were told these would just be drains underneath the ground... Does anyone else have this on there land or know if we can lay grass or anything on top of this to cover it? Also anyone know what the big pipe is? Thanks! We r planning to employ an independent inspector as well even though Eden brea employs independent inspectors. In fact when we checked with EBH if they would allow independent inspectors to inspect at different phases, they said they are happy to allow them and it would in fact help them to fix the issues (if any) then and there rather than waiting till the end. Spending so much on the property, I think it's wise to spend couple of grands extra to make sure everything is ok. But we haven't identified one, so pls let me also know if anyone has already employed an inspector. Cheers, RK Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 319Jan 25, 2017 8:45 am Hi all i would like to propose a discussion and consent over the use of an independent building inspector and if we can get enough people to agree then we can find one and get a cheaper price, folks this could be money well spent from what I have seen happened to my friends house.
