Very exciting indeed. Can't wait to see it as it come up! Thanks Joelleg6, I can't wait to have that space where I can get away from the rest of the family when I need a few minutes without them After the long 6hr drive home after a weekend away I was so excited to see they've removed the excess dirt from the soakwell installation and levelled everything out, broken up the leftover concrete from the slab work plus delivered bricks! I can't wait to have room to put things away. Like having the kids bicycles in the garage instead of their bedroom and having storage space for my vacuum. lol Ahh the little things. I really love all your colour selections. Can I please ask how much you paid for the laminex shaker style cupboards? Thanks Woolyfish the ColourTech cabinets cost us $5,500 for the kitchen and was going to cost an extra $3,000 for the two bathrooms so we decided we'll convert those down the line instead. The ColourTech are two pack / polyurethane cabinets, you can do vinyl wrap for cheaper but we preferred the quality and matte textured finish on the two pack and they're not susceptible to peeling over time like vinyl wrap Follow our build with Express Two Storey (Ventura Group): viewtopic.php?f=31&t=85122 Re: Express Two Storey (Ventura Group) build in Hocking, WA 32Jan 18, 2017 10:55 pm Joelleg6 It's all starting! Oh I feel you our rental is so tiny and we've got a storage unit packed to the roof! We went overboard on storage spaces in the new build so we don't run out... hopefully haha Follow our build with Express Two Storey (Ventura Group): viewtopic.php?f=31&t=85122 Re: Express Two Storey (Ventura Group) build in Hocking, WA 33Jan 19, 2017 10:41 am Looks like it's going to start taking shape real soon! Noticed someone has made a bit of a boo boo and all the service pipes in our kitchen for both our wall cabinets and island bench are out by a meter, we're going to speak to the CSO tomorrow and hopefully they'll get the supervisor out quickly to take a look and see what needs to be done Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Follow our build with Express Two Storey (Ventura Group): viewtopic.php?f=31&t=85122 Re: Express Two Storey (Ventura Group) build in Hocking, WA 35Jan 31, 2017 9:53 am Oh no! SS also attended and agreed that the service pipes are in the wrong location and plumber will be attending tomorrow to fix this, will stop by tomorrow afternoon before picking my little one up from school around the corner to see what they've done.
