Building plan approval co-ordinator sent me following email **** Thank you for providing these plans however these are preliminary forms. As we are not the WSC designing the sewer we cannot provide a BPA without them being Work As Constructed as the final issue. Another one of my clients have contacted Sydney Water and they have not received the plans for this case yet. The problem here is that the plans are still not approved by Sydney Water. Until Sydney Water receive these plans I unfortunately cannot issue you with a Building Plan Approval. Have you contacted the Opus International who are the WSC who is designing the sewer? They should be able to help you out. ****** anyone of you guys had this issue to obtain CC ? Reg Tejas Re: Oak Tree Estate, North Kellyville 490Jan 20, 2017 10:24 am Yes, pretty standard in Oak Tree Estate. It's very frustrating but we just paid the $800 for a Sydney Water certifier to approve. Re: Oak Tree Estate, North Kellyville 491Jan 25, 2017 1:07 pm Hi guys, Can someone help me with ideas about getting landscaping design completed. My builder is asking for $750 to design the landscape plan to be included with DA approval. I've called the Hills Shire council and they advised that it has to be professional as I thought I could sketch it up myself. I am building at Goongarrie Street. Wishing everyone all the best with the build.
