After handover I am doing flooring, feature walls and changing the batten lights to LED DL. Thinking of doing floorings and DW lights after handover. Maybe driveway too. And of course fencing etc. Are you doing rainwater tank? Did you get independent inspections? We are requesting for first variation and waiting for the tender. I saw your upgrafe list and they are quite similar to ours for Kitchen, Bathrooms. flooring . air condition (we ask for 4 zones) we concious about the cost of upgrade as when i saw yours . seems like what we thought they were included in the style collection actually not. Do you know which windows supplier they use?
