I'm building the 35.7 Grantham. Land is already registered. We put the holding deposit down in December and they sent us the brochure with price etc just before Christmas. I've asked them a few questions about upgrades and am also now tossing up between the grantham and the smaller chatswood... Decisions decisions decisions. Will send you a PM now. Thank you! Re: Firstyle Home - Braeside 43sq 8Jan 09, 2017 3:18 pm Ohh..never knew they had Grantham 35.. Have a look at Monash or even waterhouse.. I loved Monash but due to the stupid construction ratio rule couldn't get my home theatre built. That is why I went with Braeside. Will send you the prices n few tips tomorrow. Cheers, M Re: Firstyle Home - Braeside 43sq 9Jan 09, 2017 5:12 pm I loved the Monash initially but didn't like that wall that separated the dining and lounge area - it wouldn't work for our family. I loved the ensuite in the Waterhouse. The ensuite in your house is quite similar! Thanks in advance for the email!! Re: Firstyle Home - Braeside 43sq 10Jan 09, 2017 5:22 pm I hated that wall too...I wanted to enclose the rumpus area so went with the braeside... Yap all 3 houses have a similar master ensuite...it is a little unique....haven't seen it anywhere else...the lady at the clipsal appointment just loved it... just go through the email I have sent and see if it has everything that you need. Re: Firstyle Home - Braeside 43sq 11Jan 10, 2017 9:46 am Hi All, I need your advise regarding selecting colour for the pantry doors and the cupboards above the fridge. All of my O/H cupboards are in Snowdrift and the lower cubboards in Charred Oak as shown in the sketch below. At the moment my WIP doors and the two cupboard above the fridge are in Charred Oak. Would it be OK or should I change the pantry doors to snowdrift and leave the fridge cupboards in charred oak. I am unable to visualize white pantry doors for some reason Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Firstyle Home - Braeside 43sq 12Jan 12, 2017 7:17 pm Hi I'm new to this forum...but thinking of building with FS.
