But as an example our was a 2m fall and site costs were $65k soil grade was P but as I understand it all knockdown rebuilds have P soil. No rock. We have a 2m fall from back to front of the block - we're building split level which added approx. 19K to build cost, footings are about 35K with Extreme soil rating, and we'll have about 10K worth of retaining to do. There is also soil removal costs as we have to have a fair bit cut on the block but we chose to do that ourselves to save some cash lol.
