Did they do your tiling first before they put the vanity in ? I think the right way is to do the carpentry fit-out, kitchen cabinet and vanity in first before they do the tilling on the floor and wall ? What happen if you want to do your kitchen or vanity again in the future and the tile that been installed has had discontinued ? there will be a hole in it . I had full height tiling from DL in all of my bathrooms and they did it after Kitchen Culture did their part. Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 14023Dec 02, 2016 11:48 am Hi Peeps, Was wondering when do EBH put in those extra noggins for TV support? I did pay extra for those noggins to the electrical people and was wondering will that be done at the framing stage or later on? Please share your experience... Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 14024Dec 03, 2016 8:39 pm This has probably been asked before on the forum.. But would anyone know how many months a single storey eden brae build takes? I'm just looking for a rough estimate. I know it's all weather permitting, etc. EBH have completed the slab and I'm excited to move in. Can't wait! I believe this is done when the electricians put the wiring and electrical work in place. Framing, bricks and then the electrical is I believe is done. Seriously - how can they justify that cost Not sure how they costed your one. I had two added to Bed 3 and Bed 4 for the Wardolf 50 and we paid $352 each isnis a bit better than your $414.
