Never move in until it's all finished. Less chance of becoming lazy that way. My partner and I were just talking about that! I said I don't want to make the house as half of our residence (ie we sleep in the house and still use the bathroom and kitchen - more like kitchenette in the shed). We have lived in the shed for this long, can wait a bit longer. If decorating, deck and landscape are what's left to do when we move in, that's great! Yes good move! We've been in now for almost 6 weeks and very little has been done. I struggle to get much done at nights after the kids go to bed. Netflix vs paint brush? Brush never wins. Found the kitchen clean so took some photos. Our hidden pantry is not completed yet so I'll put pics of it later. My concept for our kitchen was for it to appear like a big black block.
