I'm sure March would be worst case scenario. Last time I spoke to Joel he said all civil works would be done by December and then it's up to the council to register the land. He anticipates that will be February.

We bought wallpaper rolls for $11-20 each - just used a wallpaper calculator online to determine how much we'd need. Nothing like a good bargain for our new homes! Just recently joined this discussion. Just wondering, is it true that developers wait until all blocks/lots are sold before they apply for registration? Thanks Jay Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 253Nov 18, 2016 8:57 am Photo looking down Brighton Street Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Hi all, To answer Jay's question I spoke to Joel Wood from Arris Group this morning and he asked me to let you all know that registration will go ahead even if all blocks are not sold, they have 15 left and feels confident that they will sell shortly. Joel also said that civil works will be completed mid December and registration should be late February to early March. Silvia ? Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 254Nov 18, 2016 9:03 am Thanks for the update Sylvia ..... registration in the area is generally taking 4-6 months as there is a backlog with land and titles office, so bearing this in mind I would be more incline to anticipate an April/ May registration date. Frustrating that the developer n agent keep saying Feb, as they would be all too aware of the time it's currently taking to register land in the area. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 255Nov 18, 2016 9:32 am Hi all just spoke with Joel and clarified the registration issue and he is of an opinion that he is still on track of Feb- march time line registration and he is quite confident that after the council inspection and civil works being approve which is due to happen sometime in Dec it'd be within that time frame, may I please request and suggest to refrain from posting information as a factual knowledge without some facts associated with it which can be substantiated, I am under a contractual agreement and currently paying penalty and any sense of potential delay causes stress and I foresee the same for other people in the same situation, it shouldn't stop people from asking questions and posting their concerns but just to go easy on speculations... Thought I would just pass on info based on my knowledge and observations of the developments happening in the area. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 258Nov 28, 2016 1:40 pm ozitzen Hi Guys.. I was just wondering if anybody of you has been asked by the builder to account for retaining wall ? Wouldnt that depend on the slope of the lqnd? Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 260Nov 28, 2016 2:14 pm ozitzen Agreed Is there anybody in this estate who is in the situation and required to build a retaining wall ? We went with drop edge beams. We may need a retaining wall when we put up the fences but no retaining wall request from eden brae. A survey must’ve completed by a certified surveyor.
