Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 31, 2016 8:38 pm Hi, We thought we had our hearts set on a Dechellis home for our block but we won't be left with much of a backyard so are now considering a 2 storey. Im not really a fan of the Dechellis ones but like Metricon. We had pricing done for our Dechellis, early stages so I have a figure in mind for that single storey. Mu question is, I like the Glendale which at the moment is $262000 (39) how much more am I looking at realistically. I want stone benches, floor to ceiling tiles and heigh ceilings. Fixtures I can do later and flooring Ill probably do after too. Being 2 storey is it better to get them to do heating/ccoling? I know this is a tricky questions but a rough ball park would be appreciated. Thanks Re: Metricon Pricing Question 3Nov 01, 2016 3:32 pm Do you know what slope of your block is?
