The garage extension was $9797, this also includes the storeroom plaster wall, door, window and light. The cavity sliding doors were $745 for theatre and study. And pivot door was $2326 Step up in theatre was $675 Upgraded bricks $3594 We spent $6912 on kitchen upgrades Total about $48000 on upgrades I've found the upgrade prices to be very reasonable. It's a headache really because you can't really visualise it , and we have to get all correct before signing , as its noted on our quote you can't make structural changes after signing off the quote! We are looking to do a KDR with fairhaven homes, Have seen plenty of good reviews about them pre construction and plenty of negative reviews about them during contruction… 0 18135 Ask for references and speak to them.
