Anyone willing to share prices? 8Oct 29, 2016 12:32 am Katalyst Mon445 We literally upgraded everything so just let me know what other prices you're after. Did you add network ports throughout the house? I'm wanting 4-5. Also, we have LED down lights throughout (no idea how many that includes) how much for extra ones of them? Also, any idea how many powerpoints per room they usually give? And how much for extra ones? Upgrade carpet underlay. Fully frameless shower. Upgrading the pavers. The trilock door handles. That's pretty much the upgrades we want. Any info you have on those would be great! Plus anything else you think we might want We upgraded our carpet underlay to which they call the "green" it was an extra $300 for us (4 beds and theatre) - just depends on the amount you'll need Re: Home Group WA Pre-start. That's pretty much the upgrades we want. Any info you have on those would be great! Plus anything else you think we might want You get one power point and one down light per room. I can't remember how much extra ones were. We basically pulled the lights from minor bedrooms etc and have them in all the main living areas and then just got conduits put in so my father in law will add extra lights and LEDs to the other rooms. Much cheaper than going through home group. Power points were about $55ish I think for a double- $33 for single. Waterfall ends were $1500ea Handless cupboards were about $3000 throughout. 31c throughout was approx $2900 Banks of drawers instead of cupboards approx $550 for 3 Tiled floor waste were about $45ea The upgraded shower heads were $390ea Hope that helps Re: Home Group WA Pre-start. Anyone willing to share prices? 14Nov 10, 2016 6:39 pm Best advice I could give is do your research. We apparently had one of the most experienced pre start ladies & she was lovely, but offered nothing. There are so many upgrades and options available & not one was shown or offered to us (not in the prestart book either) It was only because of these forums that we were prepared & asked to have different things added.
