I have a few questions, just started our build in Oran Park... 1. We are building with Eden Brae & had our landscape plans approved (we chose one of the free three designs by them) by council, however further looking into them, there are too many plants... Did anyone NOT go by the approved plans for their landscaping and still got a pass by council once completed?? We wanted something simpler "less is more" I guess... 2. Any other EBH owners... We are building the Livingstone, how long did yours take to build? Or if anyone else has something similar 22sq... 3. Has anyone experienced building through the Christmas/New Years period with Eden Brae? If so, how much time was there no action at the site?.. I changed everything. I ended up getting 8500 rebate but lost the 1500 as I wanted a full color driveway not the White council part. I didnt want to spend more money on getting landscaping plans done as it has already costed us an arm and a leg on this build!! Who did your retaining walls for you? Thats if you recommend... What are yours made of?
