I have a space for this and it is fine for me to put in a right place. Only concern for me is if they have told me this prior i should have included this burden of extra cost in my loan. It is a mistake from their part to not included in the HIA Contract before we signed it. Now they charge it as a variation.I will have a conversation with them. PS : I am at lot 74 Saltwater crescent.
