Hi everyone
Just wondering if anyone has received credit pricing for removing an outdoor living space? We're building the Barcelona and contemplating doing the outdoor area ourselves.
TIA

Unfortunatey in the Wollert area they are not flying my 2 neighbors are just 8 weeks into their build the bricks, evap cooling are already installed ... and my property looks like a scene from the Battle of Somme with muddy fields, trenches and looks like shell craters Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ --------------------------------------------- Building a St. Tropez 25 - Boutique Homes Aurora Estate Wollert - Victoria Re: Boutique Homes 2872Oct 24, 2016 10:52 am Aimz086 I hope they're not slow because my neighbours building with Simonds are flying through their build and I'm hoping Boutique can match that. Boutique will definately not match Simonds with their builds. For starters Simonds plaster their homes before the bricks are finished, what happens if it rains??? Could only imagine. My preference is a bit slower build but better quality finish. However, I have noticed that Boutique take so long to start the build, the Administration side of things lets them down. Boutique have a time frame of 12 weeks once block in in their hands to begin construction, but once they start they're on to it and they won't pour if rain is expected. They wait for a day where it's no rain for 3 days in a row. Re: Boutique Homes 2877Nov 07, 2016 2:25 pm Hi all Does anyone know whether you can select Dulux wall colours internally? Or is Solver the only option? TIA Building the Barcelona with Boutique Homes - construction due to commence approx. Re: Boutique Homes 2880Nov 12, 2016 6:26 am Aimz086 Solver and Wattyl is what they have displayed up in the showroom but I'm pretty sure they have dulux colour swatches in a drawer there as I saw it along with the Solver one. Thanks Aimz086. The dulux swatches are for selecting glass splashback colour options. We were advised Boutique do not offer Dulux as an upgrade for internal walls because their Solver 3-coat system is equivalent to Dulux Wash & Wear. Whether that's true I don't know.
