There seems to be a common theme of a lot of the outside stuff. Do you really save money getting a different concreter to do the driveway? Our initial approximate price for aggregate driveway (standard length which I have no idea what that is) was $5500. This will be adjusted once we decide where to position the house on our odd shaped block. I'm running out of energy running around doing quotes! I think getting the builder to pc the items is a lot better option. That way you can just tell the builder what you or who you want and they do the rest. I wonder if it is the same term used in VIC? I would have used my builder to do the flooring but they would only sell engineered timber which I wasn't happy with so i'm doing my flooring post handover. Good luck with it!
