Is yours the same? Build thread - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=83484 Our Glendale 39, SA Re: Metricon Mantra 29 - Adelaide Hills 30Oct 19, 2016 7:30 pm Looking good MS-Prez! Tungfai, you must be happy to finally have a slab down. Don't worry too much about the holes. The engineer will have to sign off on the slab work. We've got a few holes like you've reported. I heard from our SS today. He reports that the frame will be finished tomorrow and the roof on early next week. They plan to begin wrapping tomorrow. It's so good to have a SS who is proactive, fingers crossed it continues! He has a brick layer lined up who will be available in 3 or so weeks but plans to have plasterers on site earlier so the build isn't held up. There were a couple of small hiccups he mentioned that have since been rectified. One preordered truss was wrong, but next day delivery and all good again. So impressed with SS and Metricon in general. We want to change a couple of things since Studio M selections which he is happy to accommodate and will personally look into remedying. We have been offered another site visit which is organised for Tuesday week. Re: Metricon Mantra 29 - Adelaide Hills 32Oct 21, 2016 11:27 am Nice progress! I hope my SM will be a proactive person and accommodating as well. We haven't met him as yet, so I'm feeling a little unsure! Re: Metricon Mantra 29 - Adelaide Hills 38Nov 23, 2016 5:39 pm mantra29 Plumbing and electrical fitting is completed. Most of the internal gyrock and insulation is up, just waiting on the brickie to start Tuesday. Awesome! upload some photos please? I though M will do bricks before internal fittings, nice to know.. To avoid unnecessary hold ups, he's had the gyrock installed as the house is fully wrapped.
