It feels like it is going super quick now The front http://i1159.photobucket.com/albums/p634/wickie08/1_zpsnduyayj6.jpg From the side http://i1159.photobucket.com/albums/p634/wickie08/2_zps5inl1eeu.jpg From the back http://i1159.photobucket.com/albums/p634/wickie08/3_zpsaeis82x4.jpg It seems even smaller now with the frame up! I hope it's just an optical illusion and it will be much bigger once it's all done! Re: Our Watersun Build - Kent 27 - We've got a frame! 48Oct 24, 2016 7:32 pm Hahaha thanks! I probably will never see Mr Wickie once the house is built! I still cant figure out where your block is! I know the street but can't figure out which number lol. Mr Wickies friend is doing our inspections - how about you? I hear Darbecca are highly recommended? Re: Our Watersun Build - Kent 27 - We've got a frame! 49Oct 24, 2016 8:22 pm I reckon... what a mans cave that would be So from your street turn right on Jacka st and we are the last lot! A Metricon build We are using darbecca! I heard a lot of good things about them too. A few things were picked up at frame stage...some of them have been rectified. Need to meet up with our site manager regarding the rest. Re: Our Watersun Build - Kent 27 - We've got a frame! 50Nov 05, 2016 7:13 pm Hi Im considering watersun as well and were having 2nd thoughts because of the negative comments they have. Mostly the same complaints -slow builder -hard to contact head office -lack of attention would really appreciate your thoughts/experiences building with watersun, do they build good quality homes? Hey mate, I have just replied to your thread Re: Our Watersun Build - Kent 27 - We've got a frame! 52Nov 06, 2016 5:41 pm KatSki I reckon... what a mans cave that would be So from your street turn right on Jacka st and we are the last lot! Need to meet up with our site manager regarding the rest. We went up yesterday and I finally figured out which house you are! We are going to be pretty close We will have to have you over for a wine when we are all in! Also we decided to get Darbecca in to do an inspection just in case. Mr Wickies friend noticed a couple minor things but I think i would feel better having a paid professional do it. They are due to go up on Tuesday for the inspection so fingers crossed nothing major comes of it! I'm heading up this weekend to check the place out, so I'll swing by yours to have a sneak peek! haha It's true what they say about Watersun then. They're slow to start, but when they start, it's quick. Hopefully they get a lot done before the long Chrissy break! Re: Our Watersun Build - Kent 27 - We've got a frame! 56Nov 20, 2016 10:35 am We went up this morning & the garage has now been wrapped, evaporate cooling installed & the ducts (? Is that the right word? The silver tunnel things in the roof!) are in. They've also levelled the dirt around the house & we have a front door! Coming up so well and I saw your place. That garage is ginormous lol!!! Seems like it's all moving along nicely and hopefully it continues before the christmas shut down! I reckon you'll be happy with your build. Can't wait to see it all done! Can't wait to see it all done! Fingers crossed they don't shut down for too long over christmas! How is your planning going?? KatSki Hi wickie your front door looks amazing!! Has Mr Wickie got a window in his man cave? Thanks! I love that door! Yep he does have a window! We wanted another roller door but there was some rule that the second door would have to be set back a bit, it wouldnt be in line with the other garage door so we stuck with the window instead. It was meant to be the study so we know what the front will look like with the window / double garage. We had a look at your place this morning. You guys are flying along! i love the bricks. Do you have a path going down the right hand side of your place? Or is it just because the next stage hasnt been completed that it looks like there is a gap between you and the neighbours? Re: Our Watersun Build - Kent 27 - We've got a frame! 60Nov 20, 2016 6:28 pm Hey! we have very similar taste..I am getting the same entrance door XN6, vertical windows for my theatre room and my portico is almost as wide as yours... Coming along nicely wickie...yes it is called ducts Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 17628 of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them. I find it odd that lawyers wouldnt be willing to take on the case, given CCT evidence and… 1 23785 "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 36 23919 |
