Everything looks very grand in scale, and so many good features like Walk in robes. Well designed pantry/laundry etc. Should be really functional as well. Triple garage !! Edit: I just saw your previous thread, and I think this plan you have now is better Building a Fairmont Custom in Seaford Meadows Our Build Thread Re: Our Summit Homes Build in Secret Harbour WA 3Oct 10, 2016 1:36 am Looking forward to seeing your amended plans ms_prez Follow our build with Express Two Storey (Ventura Group): viewtopic.php?f=31&t=85122 Re: Our Summit Homes Build in Secret Harbour WA 4Oct 10, 2016 1:47 am MJT Wow, what a stunning floorplan. Glenn also reconfigured our ensuite & added / extended several windows. We absolutely love the layout & are so impressed with the service we have received from Summit Homes. It's just perfect! I love how you're incorporating many large windows too.
The Summit Homes Group have been fantastic to us so far too. Looking forward to watching your beautiful design come to life Re: Our Summit Homes Build in Secret Harbour WA 11Oct 13, 2016 10:22 pm Oh my gosh the size of your walk in robe! That's a killer floor plan. We almost built with Summit, I love some of their displays. The Mod in Wandi is one of the best I've seen. I think you've made a good choice. Can't wait to see how it turns out.
