They usually add this into your quote and then credit it back to you if there was no need for it. Our block will be titling in June 2017 and we are wanting to get started pretty much straight away so I am sure we will have our pegs! If not I will be ensuring the developer pays it back to me! As they should be there. I have reinforced my pegs down to the ground to a decent length . Hopefully it will stay there until Henley take charge. I took some measurement as well in case if it gets lost. Sad to see the neighbors pegs ****** on their walk way. Hopefully he will have some measurement to put it back. So hopefully did a good job in doing that. Our tender is booked for 12th.
