Re: Our Ashford Homes Build - the beginning... 36Oct 06, 2016 4:45 pm no not yet.. we have signed contracts and have colour selection tomorrow! we got our solicitor onto it today and she couldn't find anything on newstart and said she found no reason to steer us away from them so that is something i guess, she said they are not a franchise as i wanted to make sure they were not all run the same, a guy said ashofd and huxley were ran by sales ppl not sure how true that is though, i would go to fair trading hun that is ridiculous to have a frame sitting there that long.. no excuse if you ask me. What was the compensation in your contract if they go over? Ours was just $1 a week!! Hopefully, Newstart Homes is run differently.
