Had to get a new soil report as the first one wasn't in the exact right place. It came back as a p site. Meaning we had to upgrade our slab and piering. We will 80 + piers. Lol. Plans were submitted to council today. Should have approval by the end of next week. Retaining wall to be done in the next week. So in love and just want to camp on our block but life must carry on.
