Just means no matter what they find with your soil, you pay the price they first quoted. So for us, I think our site cost is 20k. They haven't done soil testing or anything yet. But when they do, if they find we have terrible soil, and it's going to cost 30k, we only have to pay the 20k. It can go the other way as well, we could be overpaying. We were waiting to find out if my husband got a job in Melbourne. Unfortunately he didn't. Went back to coral today to make a few more changes but we are 100% happy now. Just have to wait for variations to come back in a few days, approve the pricing. The. Contracts will be sent back, plans draw up again. Colours and electrical and then just the fun waiting game. Sales consultant spoke with the developer, they are hoping for January titles now. We are still waiting for our variations to come back so we can go do our colours etc. but lord do head office take forever. Have you signed your contract yet? I wanted to go back out on the weekend and see if the main road had been started, but I didn't want to be disappointed.
