Re: Stock Land - Elara - Corner Block Fencing Info 4Sep 14, 2016 9:04 pm imrasm It means you have to leave at least 8.5 m ( 4.5 m for house setback and 4 m as per above rule ) out of your fencing Hi IMRASM , Thanks for your reply . There are two points in my initial question : 1) Setbacks - I understand we have to leave setbacks on front and sides . I am fine with it . 2) Fencing - I understand fencing should leave setbacks on all sides from building wall . That is more of leaving the space between building wall till fencing . I understand that . My question is : Do I have to leave any land outside of the Fencing for a corner block on secondary street . I heard from few people that if it is a corner block i might loose some of my own land outside the fencing border which is of no use and will link to the foot path on the side . Is that true . It seems to me a non existent issue , just cross checking. Hope I am clear. Thanks . Thanks, Re: Stock Land - Elara - Corner Block Fencing Info 5Sep 15, 2016 5:12 am Nopes ...
