Yeh we liked most of the "display spec" that was included - the main ticket items that we upgraded were the roller door colour, shower heads, mirrors, kitchen sink and front door handle. How have you found the experience so far?[/quote] Hello there. My apologies for not getting back to you sooner but I haven't been on here for ages and only just noticed your post. We are building a dual accommodation home in Gooseberry Hill but progress has been slow as we needed to sell my brother's house first before we could proceed. We have finally had an offer which was accepted so fingers crossed we will be able to commence building shortly. Everything has been very positive for us. Our salesperson seemed to know exactly what we wanted and did a fantastic job with the design. We have just finished our prestart meeting and was pleasantly surprised with the cost of our upgrades and the ladies assisting in the process have been professional and very patient! The only problem has been the site costs which we expected would be horrendous on a sloping block with plenty of clay but that really can't be helped.
