Not in cliftleigh meadows but down a little bit further in the established estate. (The block was too good to pass up). I'm just wondering if any of you have had any issues with rock or your slab classification. I know these can vary between blocks but just trying to see what sort of ground were building on. Thanks ? Just wonder if anyone built near stage 15 (ie illbrook Rd, Moore Bank Rd, Glen Ayr etc) can tell me what is your slab classification or soil type is. Understand that it will be different from block to block. Thanks. go upvc window frames ensure insulation under colorbond. not just sarking, lighter color roof also not sure if you have seen this viewtopic.php?t=5823 last couple of pages… 4 110576 Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow… 1 11039 |
