Thats great sometimes things work out for a reason! At least this way you have a choice of single story if you want it- I am pretty sure all the lots directly across from the park you have to build double story!

What I don't understand is why an H1 slab is 2 to 3 times thicker (so that justifies the extra cost), but it's got the polystyrene foam in it (I guess that means they can use less concrete?) So why is the price increase so much? Another thing.. i'd be a bit scared to use a jack to lift the car in the garage to do maintenance work on it. What if you jack goes through the floor, due to parts being so thin? It didn't make much sense to me, except that it's charges for subdivision. But didn't we pay all that when registering? First time land purchase, so i am quite ignorant about all these charges. Howdy all. I am looking for feedback on what people would do to maximise and make an area as flat as possible.
