Re: Easements question 17Jul 22, 2007 2:12 pm What I did at one of my house was to build a lawn locker put down a concrete slab that when across the easement but the garden shed did go over the easement so only the slab would need to be moved i used that area to store outside items like ladders etc.another way would be pavers.But no problems with trees or gardens make sure the roots are not to big
