Forgot to mention it's a KDR. Metricon reckons I need to knock it down by the end of this month or early next. They reckon I won't make the deadlines for council approvals etc if I don't. I just feel bad for the great tenants that I've had there over the pass year. Oh wells, they knew it was only a matter of time. Pic of the old. We had to get our Demo approval and Building approval from council before we could start demolition. Metricon double charged us in our initial quote. I made sure I double checked everything and when I calculated the tile cost and the sqm I picked it up the extra $$. We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 37160 The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 19114 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes.
