The company I am going with had some crappy reviews and their communication is not the best however I am persevering with them. I have basically gone from a spec build to a bespoke plan, hence the delays and I love the design. I think it is worth bearing in mind that the inter-web gives very polarised negative reviews. That is pretty much across the board. I think it would be good to visit some of the recent builds, display homes and get a sense of what you are getting into. I am very fussy and drew each plan up on a 3d program to ensure the flow and feel of the house was what I wanted. The guys that I am with used to be part of Zorzi and their displays look very good.
