My build with FHBD viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78344 Re: K & L's HGWA Build Baldivis 710Jul 13, 2016 10:02 pm Hey Mrs MP, did you get a quote from C&J? We are trying to work out a cost effective option for down the side of our house, we were thinking their grey might be a winner. Our landscape plan also has a paved strip through the drive, we aren't keen on paving so again the grey could be the contrast we're after. Will need to see if it goes with the main colour we want (which we need to decide on) Anyway, have they given you a PCI date yet? They are thinking the roller door issue should be finished by next week. I think the house has been cleaned. We really cannot be far away at all! Re: K & L's HGWA Build Baldivis 712Jul 19, 2016 10:28 am Our CLO seems to think that PCI is still 2-3 weeks away. Bobcat is due at the end of this week to do the final block clean and the bins are due to be picked up at the end of the week too. Then quality inspection is due for next week. I left it late to book in my polished concrete guy so that isn't happening until mid September. We can't be on the floor for 4 days. So looks like we will be moving in and then moving everything again when he comes. Then it's painting. Then it's carpets and blinds. Going to be a slow process I guess! Re: K & L's HGWA Build Baldivis 715Jul 19, 2016 6:55 pm If PCI is 2-3 weeks away and they say 2 weeks to fix items, keys could be 5 weeks away. It actually doesn't make sense as to why it's going to take that long??? Grrrrr so annoying! Re: K & L's HGWA Build Baldivis 716Jul 26, 2016 5:17 pm Can anybody recommend a good building inspector? Re: K & L's HGWA Build Baldivis 717Jul 26, 2016 9:00 pm I Haven't personally used him but I've had several people recommend Darren from Affordable building inspections, so that's who I'll be using at PCI His number is 0409 906 688 and I think he only charges $295 My build with FHBD viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78344 Re: K & L's HGWA Build Baldivis 719Jul 26, 2016 9:48 pm MrsMaccaPacca Can anybody recommend a good building inspector?
