We've allowed $$ for upgrades but none of what has been done so far as has been priced - that I have seen. The original owner of our land was in contact about the fencing at the front of both of the blocks that were originally his backyard (we've been sharing the cost of the cyclone fencing). Turns out he doesn't need to worry about it anymore as he is soon to be the ex-owner of the other half of his backyard. It will be exciting to see someone else build next to us but I am also relieved that we'll be completely finished before they are likely to start.
