A whole 6 hours of non-stop work. Our consultant was very good and patient. Explained all the queries around the contract patiently and allowed us time to process the answers. Did not rush us into it. The fun part was with colors. We chose from the themes and made small changes to a couple of items. We were not charged 500 dollars for this customization. All in all, we came pretty satisfied with our selections. Final contract is now drawn up and shared with us yesterday evening. Another mini-milestone crossed. Next item is a meeting with Resolve on Tuesday to work through the finance application and waiting for the pre-approvals and initial valuations. That will be a nervous wait. My SS called me today and said that all the defects from the Inspection Report have been rectified, and our Final Walk Through is Friday. Straight afterwards I have to hoon from Cranbourne to Docklands to meet with my client liaison and do the handover!!! Then Saturday is MOVE IN DAY!
