We added an outdoor room along the whole rear of the house plus increased ceiling height to ground floor but didn't realise in doing so that we could only have highlight Windows on the back bedroom walls because of the roofline. A shame really...we back onto a bit of a reserve so it would have been nice for the kids to have a bit of a view. I get the impression they have different draftsmen so you may get one with his/her own way of making changes. This may be the root of my infamous "you can't have Hebel on the first floor" crisis (which was eventually resolved when we found out we could!) Thanks Franky, we're hoping rendering to the first floor will be complete this week, so they can remove some scaffold. Good to know about the Hebel, makes the $3700 we spent on the first floor worthwhile!
