I think the town centre will be located in Park Central? Could be wrong it's been awhile. We did consider Officer last year but settled with Clyde North instead. We wanted a location closer to work. Keysborough and Mulgrave. Lovely location but distance was a factor with us. Negatives: At the time we considered Officer, it was flooded, that was a year ago it may have improved now, pays to check out council for flood zones. Grandview estate is on slope but site costs will most likely be high. Best of luck with finding land do you know when the night time,is there any freight train go pass officer station or cardinia Road station? 通过我的 MI NOTE Pro 上的 Tapatalk发言 Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC? 8May 13, 2016 5:30 pm Emmz70 41202 flood zones? HOW CAN I CHECK THAT? Just enquire with council in regards to flooding and trains. Depends on your estate it may not affect you at all i just deposit in south siding estate which just next to potter grove estate formetro train is fine, just afraid about the freight train Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC? 9May 13, 2016 5:47 pm 41202 Emmz70 41202 flood zones? I don't know if they run every night but I do know they run during the day on weekends too. Maybe only once or twice, I haven't noticed many more than that. Depending on how close you are to the railway line you may not even notice them. We hardly hear them but I do see them when I'm outside. At night they run sometime between 7:30pm to 9pm I think.
