Ridley rd in Craigieburn when I noticed a familiar house design at Trillium estate so I stopped over. I found out that the house was a former display home....finally I found an actual Palamos façade of Boutique Homes. So we didn't have to pay extra thankfully Re: Boutique Homes 2132May 10, 2016 9:48 pm 7th_Cavalry getting there Ozden, btw my friend told me to put sealer on the grout of your tiles once you move in to have extra protection and less cleaning on them. Thanks for the tip, might have to tell hubby. Yes getting there slowly. Apparently it will be ready mid June or end of June, heaps of shopping to still do though cannot wait for waterfall ends and my splashback to be installed Re: Boutique Homes 2134May 11, 2016 7:35 am 7th_Cavalry I passed by the Northwestern suburb over the weekend along Mt. If you asked a boutique rep for addresses of areas the palamos facades has been built for u to view they would of assisted. We got addresses of different facades so we could view before deciding on one which helped a lot. Re: Boutique Homes 2137May 11, 2016 1:22 pm Boutique price protection is 6 months from the PwC date. I haven't yet signed the HIA contract; but my land titling has already delayed (still within the 6 months). I was told there is an option to go for monthly a price protection. Does anyone know if this is a prepaid option like an insurance for additional months? or postpaid - calculated when the land is titled depending upon the delayed months.? We had an extra month added into our PWC at no cost to us but they had the costing in at approx 900 ish. Basically the charge for what we would have to pay each month anyway. Since we signed up though things have changed with how they handle price protection. Best bet is to speak to either your sales or pre start consultant. Don't sign your HIA until your happy with their answer and get it in writing. We ended up being out of our price protection by 11 months for which we paid approx $5K. Don't forget once land titles it may take a few months to get to site depending on what approvals you require etc and the price protection has to cover you until you go to site. We signed our PWC in February & our sales consultant gave us price protection until Jan 2017. 10 16518 I would never build with Fowler homes.
