Re: House built 30cm to the right 51May 03, 2016 11:29 pm Hi, I have the same issue the builder has built the house 30cm to right of the set back. Could you share what was the outcome of the builder's meeting with the neighbours? Were you allowed also to attend? Also, is there a standard deviation tolerance that the council would allow as a reasonable error? Cheers, Gadi Re: House built 30cm to the right 52May 13, 2016 6:28 pm I wouldn't think 30mm will be an issue if your home is contained within your property Re: House built 30cm to the right 55May 14, 2016 12:47 pm Big stuff up. House must be built as per the plans unless you approve a variation. So the ground floor and first floor is 1500mm from the boundary in lieu of 1800?? What stage are u up too, was it pegged out wrong and are you happy for it to remain? Re: House built 30cm to the right 58May 14, 2016 6:06 pm Can't edit but was going to say 50mm not 30cm I'm putting a new floor in my kitchen, slate flagging on a standard concrete slab.
