No improvement at all. Next will be the brick cleaning acid diluted as required. After that I may just paint the render as my wife did not like the render colour all that much as it was not close enough to woodland grey colour. Don't expect it will work on concrete. if you decide to use it anyway, be very careful and use proper protective gear. I would be taking photos and talking to the builder - or directly to the concreter if you hired them independently.
